🎁 The exchange system

1,000 stars = 50 DHS discount! which is a 5% cumulative discount in the long run.

e.g.: 2500 stars = 125 DHS discount.

But beware, the minimum required to unlock a reward is 1,000 stars.

Example:

You place an order of 950 DHS and you have 1,000 stars (the minimum required)? You can then use your points, reduce your order by 50 DHS, and only pay 900 DHS.

And you can combine this with free delivery from 350 د.م. to maximize your savings 💰

🧭 Instructions: how to use your stars?

1. Create a customer account (if you haven't already)
2. Click on the GEM&I icon at the bottom of your screen
3. Go to the “Rewards” tab or “My loyalty points”
4. Choose your discount voucher (e.g., 1,000 stars = 50 د.م.)
5. Click on “Use,” and the code will be applied to your order 💫

→ In your account, click on the GEM&I widget (bottom right), everything is there.

Q: Do stars expire?
→ No! But we reserve the right to modify the rules (we promise to always give notice).

Q: Can I use multiple rewards at once?
→ No, only one discount at a time. It's up to you to choose the best one 🌟

Q: Can I cancel a reward used by mistake?
→ If you haven't used the code, it remains valid in your account. Otherwise, it is considered used.

Q: I can't find my points, what should I do?
